Conflict can manifest in any sphere of our lives: personal, business, organizational, community, political or religious. It’s natural, but it can also be terribly destructive. Once that energy is present, it cannot be ignored or wished away. Neither should it be attacked or feared. Conflict is a symptom indicating the need and readiness for change. In every conflict situation, there is enormous potential for an energy shift, from the destructive to the constructive or creative. That’s where I come in – helping to transform conflict into creative opportunity.

Creativity is a natural force that promotes positive growth. The secret to creativity is cultivating the conditions where it flourishes. Nourishing, challenging environments release creativity, while stressful, hostile or negative ones inhibit it. I work to facilitate a space in which creativity flows naturally and consistently.

Leadership is about taking responsibility the best way we know how. But leadership challenges can adversely impact clarity, productivity and ability to lead effectively. Whatever the challenge, I advise and inspire leaders to reach their goals with the highest degree of creativity and integrity possible.
